-Reality-
What is reality? Is reality the truth, or how we perceive it? I've been on the verge of losing my mind and going insane. I guess I've just been all over the place. Although, finally, a sense of realization has come over me. My days have been quite colorful, with the working people and such in the office, but other than that, some things have begun to bring me down. With seniors in the office of the same discipline,we can't avoid getting our minds indulged on very political issues mainly concerning the motherland. Somehow, I think a person's mindset is very much affected by the environment no matter how hard one tries to avoid it. In the Philippines, sometimes you need to be a little hard to avoid being hurt yourself. Sadly, people talk so much about nationalism and such, but they don't even have the heart to help their country men in the simplest ways. Sometimes I think most people are so good at making unity and solidarity look like a fad or trend, yet they don't really impose it with justice and equality. What is unity?? It's about looking in the same direction, despite our levels in society. I'm still praying for hope, but when, I scream silently to the nation and it's leaders, when will we feel that HOPE? For now, I'll just do my best for the people that matter to me, and try to get myself back on track and start really accepting it all. God bless, and keep praying.
